On Wednesday, June 12th, we hosted the URBREATH Workshop, dedicated to Pilot implementation. The day commenced with a warm welcome and a thorough introduction to the workshop, where we outlined the structure, objectives, schedule, and anticipated outcomes. This initial session was essential for setting the stage, ensuring everyone was aligned, and preparing participants to engage fully in the planned activities.
Our first major session focused on presenting the initial tools that will support the implementation of the pilots. We introduced a variety of tools designed to enhance our pilot projects, emphasizing their features and potential benefits. Participants were then engaged in providing feedback using Miro, an interactive online whiteboard tool. This allowed for a dynamic exchange of ideas and suggestions, ensuring that the tools are tailored to our specific needs.
Participants were divided into breakout rooms to map the proposed tools onto user journeys identified during the first workshop. This session was highly interactive and collaborative, with each group focusing on how the tools could best support various user journeys. The aim was to ensure that the tools align with real-world applications and user needs.
In the final session of the day, the four groups came back together to present their findings. Each group shared insights and recommendations, highlighting how the tools could be integrated into different user journeys. This was followed by a discussion on the next steps, outlining actions to further refine the tools and plan their implementation.
The workshop was a success, thanks to the active participation and collaboration of everyone involved. We achieved our goal of identifying key tools and mapping them to user journeys, setting a solid foundation for our pilot implementations. As we move forward, the feedback and insights gained today will be invaluable in ensuring the success of our projects.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to refine our approach and work towards implementing these exciting pilots!
